We do not ship outside the Continental United States, nor do we ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. Smaller items will be shipped via UPS Ground and may require a signature on delivery. Larger items will be shipped through our network of interstate common carriers. Please note, items shipped via common carrier will be considered residential curbside delivery. This means, quite literally, that your items will be delivered to the curb in front of your home. It does not include moving the item into your home, garage, or other location nor does it include any type of installation. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment once the product has arrived at your local/regional terminal. A signature is required at time of delivery. Please include a daytime phone number with your shipping information. Extraordinary delivery locations (such as an Island, Mountaintop, Isles or Large Metropolitan areas like New York City, Chicago, Miami, Los Angles) that ship Freight may require additional delivery charges, If any of these may apply to you please contact us beforehand for a freight estimate.

While products are packaged very well by manufacturers, occasionally shipping damage can happen. PLEASE inspect your shipment before accepting and signing for the delivery. DO NOT assume your product is not damaged if the box and/or packaging are intact. It is important that you open the package and check for concealed damage. Signing for the delivery means you are completely satisfied with the products condition and that the correct number of units was received. If the product is damaged, refuse the shipment and let us know immediately. When you sign for the delivery we have no recourse with the freight carrier. The freight carrier will not assist you or Red Tag Appliance after the fact, in the event of damage if you have signed for the items. If you do not refuse the shipment and later notice damage, there are limited to no options for what we can do, therefore PLEASE inspect the unit(s) upon arrival.
While products are packaged very well by manufacturers, occasionally shipping damage can happen. We usually require a signature on delivery. If you later discover damage to the product & have the original carton and packing, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product and we can pick up the damaged unit and ship a replacement unit or issue a refund.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover through our checkout along with PayPal & Google Checkout. We also credit card payments over the phone. When using a Credit Card, The billing Address for the Credit Card MUST be a US Address. Please note, If paying by PayPal, PayPal's buyer and seller protection policies require that we ship to the confirmed address used at the time a payment is made.
Items being picked up at our retail location or shipped inside the State of Michigan are subject to the Michigan Resident Sales Tax of 6.0%.
If an item is purchased in error and/or exhibits no signs of damage the customer will be responsible for shipping the item to our store in Niles, Michigan using the same packaging and method of transportation as was used when the product was delivered. These items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original shipping charges are not refundable. A credit will be issued after the item has been received and inspected.

Each buyer will be sent an e-mail asking them to verify their shipping address. We will not ship your item until you have responded to this e-mail and provided us with the phone number at which you would like the freight company to contact you to schedule delivery.
Despite our best efforts to the contrary, items will occasionally be damaged in transit. We fully insure each shipment and will gladly work with you to ensure that the situation is resolved to your satisfaction. Typical remedies include a replacement unit or parts, a full or partial refund, or a damage allowance. To ensure fairness for all involved parties we ask that you carefully open and inspect each package for both internal and external damage prior to accepting the delivery. If any damage is found we ask that you refuse the delivery, noting the damage on the Bill of Lading and contact us within 48 hours (Excluding holidays and weekends). If delivery is refused we will ship a replacement item as soon as possible. If damage is discovered after the items have been signed for as being in good order our options will be greatly limited, so again, we ask that you inspect each and every package prior to accepting delivery. Our ability to resolve the issue is directly related to when the damage was noticed so PLEASE inspect each item prior to signing the delivery receipt.
