Who is Red Tag Appliance?

Red Tag Appliance is the online division of Camden Appliance located in Southwest Michigan in the cities of Niles and Edwardsburg. We ship all over the continental United States using UPS Ground Insured or our Network of Common Carriers to deliver larger items. We are part of the Better Business Bureau and secure our site using SSL technology, Level 1 PCI Compliance and Bigcommerce Bank Vault Security.

We are located at 3108 S 11th St - Niles, Michigan 49120...The Southwest corner of lower Michigan, just minutes away from South Bend, Indiana

Product Information

Do you offer installation?

At this point in time we have no way to offer installation on the items we sell, products come with detailed instructions on how to install the appliance. If you are unable to install it we recommend hiring a local handyman or appliance service to install the items.

Does Red Tag sell parts?

At this point in time we do not sell parts, we recommend bellparts.com for all your parts needs.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

Everything on our site is Free Shipping through either UPS Ground or our network of common carriers

What are your delivery options?
Smaller items, such as Cooktops and Microwaves, we ship UPS Ground Insured with Signature Confirmation. Larger items are shipped through our network of common carriers (Freight). All freight items include Residential Curbside Delivery. The delivery company will call prior to delivery to arrange the best date and time with you.

When will the product ship?

Check the product listing to see when your product will ship. Delivery typically occurs 3 - 5 business days from the time we receive and process payment and after the buyer has confirmed the delivery address.

Do you ship to Internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii?

We do not ship outside the Continental United States

Do you ship to APO's or PO Boxes?

We do not ship outside the Continental United States, nor do we ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.

Is there any other shipping information I should know?

Please note, items shipped via common carrier will be considered residential curbside delivery. This means, quite literally, that your items will be delivered to the curb in front of your home. It does not include moving the item into your home, garage, or other location nor does it include any type of installation. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment once the product has arrived at your local/regional terminal. A signature is required at time of delivery. Please include a daytime phone number with your shipping information. Extraordinary delivery locations (such as an island or mountaintop) may create additional delivery charges.

What if I receive my item and it is Damaged?

Items Shipped Freight:

While products are packaged very well by manufacturers, occasionally shipping damage can happen. PLEASE inspect your shipment before accepting and signing for the delivery. DO NOT assume your product is not damaged if the box and/or packaging are intact. It is important that you open the package and check for concealed damage. Signing for the delivery means you are completely satisfied with the products condition and that the correct number of units was received. If the product is damaged, refuse the shipment and let us know immediately. When you sign for the delivery we have no recourse with the freight carrier. The freight carrier will not assist you or Red Tag Appliance after the fact in the event of damage if you have signed for the items. If you do not refuse the shipment and later notice damage, there are limited to no options for what we can do, therefore PLEASE inspect the unit(s) upon arrival.

Items Shipped UPS:

While products are packaged very well by manufacturers, occasionally shipping damage can happen. We usually require a signature on delivery. If you later discover damage to the product & have the original carton and packing, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product and we can pick up the damaged unit and ship a replacement unit or issue a refund.

Can I specify a delivery time?

Our items will be shipped via common carrier or UPS and as such we have no control as to the specific day and time the items will be delivered. Most freight carriers and UPS operate Monday through Friday.

How soon can I expect my order?

Delivery typically occurs 3 - 5 business days from the time we receive and process payment and after the buyer has confirmed the delivery address.

Can I pick items up at your Store in Southwest Michigan?

Please contact us directly in regards to availability and pick up of items at our retail store.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover cards. The billing Address for any Credit Card MUST be a US Address.

How do I take advantage of one of your rebates?

Rebates will be posted on pages that have a rebate currently available. We will also email you a copy with your receipt.

Do you match competitor's prices?

The prices we offer on our website are the best we can offer. If you plan on buying two or more appliances, please contact us for a reduced price on your package.

Do you charge tax?

There is no tax except on items shipped to the state of Michigan, which are subject to the Michigan resident sales tax of 6.0%.

Everything on our site has the manufacturer's warranty and we also offer extended warranties as well.

Where is my order?

How do I track my shipment?

Tracking information will be emailed as it becomes available, although usually with common carrier shipments the customer receives the item before tracking information is received from the carriers.

What is your return policy?
If an item is purchased in error and/or exhibits no signs of damage the customer will be responsible for shipping the item to our store in Niles, Michigan using the same packaging and method of transportation as was used when the product was delivered. These items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping charges are not refundable. A credit will be issued after the item has been received and inspected. Your refund will be the original price of the listing - 15% Restocking fee - Red Tag's Original Shipping Cost (Not Stated in listing) - Shipping cost back to us.

The customer has 10 days, from item receipt, to return any item, provided it is: unused, hasn’t been installed and is still in the original packaging. All returns are subject to the above-mentioned Return Policy.

Any item that has been used, installed, or had attempts to be installed, cannot be returned.

If you refuse your shipment for any reason other than damage, you will be subject to our standard return policy and fees.

Once an item has been installed by the customer, it cannot be returned. Refer to the to the manufacturer customer service or warranty service phone number included with your merchandise. Red Tag Appliance is available to assist in providing local service provider information or Manufacturer contact information.

Can I cancel my order?

Please email or call us about canceling, once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
